 Within these Terms and Conditions all reference to the singular shall include the plural and vice versa and all reference to ”the” shall include “a”/”an” and vice versa The terms used in this agreement are as follows;

“The Company” refers to Investors and Development Services (IDS), the owners and operators of “idspayclub.com“

“The Account Holder” refers to an individual who has registered with the website and have purchase a “spot” to participate in the services we offer herein.

“The Account” relates to the “spot” purchased by the account holder for a bona-fide transaction, with the strict aim to establish a normal business relationship with the Company for the purpose of participating in their official website offer.

 “The Contract” is the contraction relationship between IDS and the Account Holder and shall be constituted and governed by the terms and agreements herein.

• The “website” is the internet gateway accessible through the internet address: idspayclub.com where all current and relevant information regarding IDS operation is published and through which services are provided to account holders.
• The “Service” to provide a income source for individuals worldwide who need that form of security to fen for themselves and their family’s existence
• “Payment” all transactions done on idspayclub.com are in terms of US dollars as an international currency
• “Payment Methods: All major credit/debit cards, PayPal and Payoneer payment solutions are now employed. We endeavor to keep improving our payment format over time to enable the reach of all relevant parties.  
• “The Software” all software used by IDS to offer and/or operate the services and run the clients applications
• “Trademarks” Service marks and trade names as well as images, graphics, text, concepts and/or methodologies (collectively the intellectual assets) found on the website, the client applications and the material contained therein are the exclusive property of IDS, its suppliers and partners. The account holders or visitors to the website are not entitled to exploit or otherwise use any intellectual assets for any purpose whatsoever except for what is allowed by law.

• The terms and agreements hereby set out constitute the complete, final and exclusive agreement between an account holder of idspayclub.com and IDS which governs the agreement.
• These terms and agreements as laid out supersedes and merges all prior agreements, representation and understanding between the company and the account holder. By registering, login in, donating or accepting gifts, the visitor or an account holder fully understand and agrees: (a) to become a party to the terms and conditions hereby set out (b) that he/she has read, understood and will be adhering to the terms and conditions hereby set out. (c) he/she will abide to those terms and conditions.
• IDS may update, amend, edit and supplement the terms and conditions at any time without the consent of the account holder or any other interested party.

IDS is a Mutual Company where all members thereof are owners of the company, enjoying dividends from the returns they receive as income from time to time. The company reserves the right to accept, or reject the purchase or renewal of a spot at any time without explanation.

The Company engages in short term, low risk investments where returns are split between the Account holder and the Company on a percentages basis. All financial transaction involved on this platform will attract a 10% service charge by the company.

Should for whatever reason the company happens to close its operation, It’s only obligation will be to those who had never have any reason to collect benefit from the company (or who have been registered less than 90 days) and that obligation will only be subjected to the purchase price of spots acquired less expenses

One must be at least at least 18 years of age in order to register and obtain an account on this website. To be a registered account holder an individual must submit an application for Registration providing all the necessary information required. All information provided on the application form should be true and pertinent to the applicant. IDS reserves the right to verify all information given and may ask for relevant proof to support the information if needed. Should information supplied to us prove to be false or questionable; we may apt to decline the account until we are comfortable that all is true and satisfactory to suit the needs.

All account holders;

• Must be a physical person, or a legal entity and all the rules will be applied in the same format accordingly.
• Must be responsible for their own account and not permit others to use their accounts as IDS will not be responsible for any alleged loss you may experience because of that action.
• To avoid any unauthorized activities to one’s account an account holder may change their password at anytime
• Must not be acting on behalf of a third person/party.
• Only one account can be facilitated per credit/debit card account, should more than one account be found associated to a credit/debit account  or person all accounts so found will become void and that credit/debit card or person could not be used to register another account for at least 12 months.
• An account holder should avoid using the website if it is illegal in his/her country of residence or province, it is the responsible of the account holder to ensure his/her use of IDS website and Services
• The account holder should ensure that information pertaining to account is kept up-to-date, such information should include; first and last name as registered on your credit/debit card account, country of residence, email address and phone number.

Management of IDS Accounts

IDS reserve the right at its own discretion and at all times to; Decline to open an account and/or close or suspend an existing account without any explanation whatsoever. 

Request documented proof to verify
(1) the identity of an account holder
(2) verify age and location of account holders
(3) verify other facts and information provided by the account holder. Such request may be given at any moment and IDS reserves the right to suspend an account pending any investigations. IDS also reserves the right to withhold all funds within the account during such suspension which will be released when the investigations are complete and it is in favor of the account holder, on the flip side, should the account holder be found guilty of an infringement, the account and all relative transactions will become void. 

Funds: All funds related to this website are referred to in terms of US dollars as an international currency. A minimum of $50.00 will be required to credit an account at any given time. The account holder is able to “cash out” whatever they desired providing the account has a minimum of $100.00  at the time of claim, the funds will be sent directly back to his/her Credit/Debit card account or financial institution.

Disclaimers

1. idspayclub.com is published in English, translation into other languages are made as a service in good faith. In the event of discrepancy between the English versions to a translation, the English version shall prevail.
2. The account holder is advised to comply with applicable legislation in the jurisdiction in which they are domicile and/or residence. IDS does not provide advice to account holders regarding tax and/or legal matters, should the account holder wishes to obtain advice on these matters they are advised to contact an appropriate adviser or attorney in the jurisdiction in which they are domicile as a resident.
3. In the event that IDS is found liable in any way by a court of law and/or a similar authority with legal competence or jurisdiction over IDS, then IDS’s liability is limited to the amount of spots purchased, less relevant charges. Alternatively, when relevant and applicable, the amount recorded in IDS’s account or the amount transferred into or out of IDS’s account, whichever is lesser. IDS reserves the right at all times to resolve any dispute at it’s own discretion, in accordance with the principles of equity.
4. The account holder is not required to use the services and participate thereof if he/she consider using the said service not of his/her choice, own discretion and own wish. The account holder’s interest in the website is totally personal and not professional, any other entrances, access use, misuse or reuse of the services and or the website by the account holder or third parties is strictly prohibited.
5. The account holder understands that IDS reserves the right to change, alter, add to or remove any of it’s Services at any time.
6. All features, text, images and functionality of this website are under the protection of the copyright and trademark act and any attempt to use them for anything other than their intended purpose may result in legal action by the company..
